Công Thức

Luộc xơ mít 5 phút, vớt ra bỏ trong nước lạnh.

Đậu hủ chiên giòn và cắt bằng ngón út.

Hành Tây, ớt chuông và dưa leo cũng cắt sợi.

Cho hành tây, ớt chuông xơ mít vào xào trong 5 phút sau đó cho dưa leo, vào đậu hủ vào đảo nhanh tay say đó cho hỗn hợp nói trên vàotrộn đều. Bắc xuống cho ra đĩa.
