Làm caramel: Cho 1/4 lượng đường và nước vào chảo và đun sôi cho đến khi nước đường có màu vàng nâu cánh gián thì bắc ra, đổ vào lọ thủy tinh.

Cho nước, vani, kem wipping và sữa vào chảo, đun sôi rồi hạ nhiệt. Trứng gà chỉ lấy lòng đỏ cho vào bát.

Sau đó đánh lòng đỏ trứng bông lên rồi đổ vào chảo sữa, khuấy đều. tiếp theo hòa tan bột bắp với một ít nước rồi đổ vào chảo sữa, thêm số đường còn lại rồi đun sôi.

Sau khi hỗn hợp sôi được 1 phút thì mình bắc ra, để nguội rồi đổ vào lọ thủy tinh đã đựng sốt caramen. Bảo quản tủ lạnh và ăn với bánh mì.
