Khoai tây kho chay với những miếng khoai tây và cà rốt cắt vuông nhỏ kho chín cùng hỗn hợp gia vị mặn ngọt, béo thơm đậm đà. Đặc biệt có mè trắng rang áo đều từng miếng khoai rất ngon miệng nhé!
Khoai tây và cà rốt chọn tủ to và còn tươi mới, mua về đem gọt bỏ vỏ rửa sạch, cắt thành những miếng vuông nhỏ khoảng 2cm rồi ngâm nước muối loãng trong 10 phút. Sau đó thì vớt ra rửa lại với nước và để ráo hoặc phơi se vỏ.
Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong nồi, phi thơ tỏi băm, cho khoai tây và cà rốt đã cắt vào đảo đều tay cho bề ngoài khoai bám bóng dầu. Sau đó hạ lửa nhỏ để trong 2-3 phút sao cho khoai tây chín hơi. Tiếp tục cho 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh dầu mè, 1/2 muỗng canh nước đường phèn vào đảo rồi đậy vung om trong khoảng 20 phút để khoai nhừ.
Cho khoai tây kho chay ra tô dùng nóng với cơm rất ngon. Đây là món ăn khá mới lạ nhưng không kém phần ngon miệng với khoai tây chín bùi bùi, quyện cùng gia vị đậm đà béo thơm hấp dẫn. Thích hợp dùng cho những bữa ăn ngày chay của gia đình nhé!
