Trong thố lớn và sâu lòng, dùng máy đánh trứng đánh tan 100g bơ cùng 50g lòng đỏ trứng và 50g bột phô mai Parmesan. Khi hỗn hợp quyện đều là được. Cho chúng vào túi bóp kem, bóp lên các chiếc bánh đã ủ, rắc thêm hành lá thái nhỏ.
