Nấm kim câm cắt bỏ gốc, rửa sạch, để ráo, cắt bớt phần thân cho nấm ngắn lại bớt và tách thành từng bó bằng nhau. Thịt xông khói cắt làm đôi. Đun nóng chảo, cho các que xiên thịt vào, áp chảo đến khi các bề mặt thịt chín vàng giòn, nếm thơm là gắp ra được rồi nha. Bày thịt ra dĩa, rắc mè lên trên là xong nha.
